Oreo Sheet Balls

  • Chocolate Melter

Ingredients  

  • 1 package Oreos regular stuffed
  • 1 package Cream Cheese room temp
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 package Chocolate
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil

Instructions 

  • In a food processor, add half of the Oreo package and process on medium until minimal chunks are seen.
  • Add the second half of the package and process on low until the Oreos are lightly chopped. *You want to keep the second half very chunky.
  • Add in your package of room temperature cream cheese, 1 tsp of vanilla extract and process on medium until ingredients are combined.
  • Taking a cookie scoop, ball out globs of the ingredient mixture onto a pan lined with parchment paper. *Depending on scoop size, servings can vary from 12 to 24 sheet balls.
  • Place the sheet balls in freezer for 10 minutes.
  • While balls are in the freezer, melt package of chocolate with 1 tsp of coconut oil until the chocolate is smooth. Remove balls from the freezer and dunk in the melted chocolate, thoroughly coating the entire ball.
  • Place the sheet balls back in the freeze for another 10 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
  • Plate and serve.
