Ingredients  

Pizza Base

  • 1 Lb Bacon
  • 1 Pizza Crust (Purchased or Homemade)
  • 1 Block Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 Block Parmesan Cheese
  • Mayo

Toppings

  • Lettuce
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Avocado

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to the pizza crust instructions.
  • Cook bacon to your desired liking.
  • Roll out the pizza crust on the desired pan. *Optionally, add butter and seasonings to the crust before baking.
  • Bake the Pizza crust until the bottom is to your liking. *A Crispy crust is typically best for this recipe.
  • While the pizza crust bakes, shred the cheese, cut the tomato, cut the avocado and shred the lettuce.
  • Once the pizza crust turns golden, remove it from the oven and let it cool.
  • Spread your desired mayo as a sauce on the pizza crus, add the mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle the lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon.
  • Cut and serve.
