Norfolk, Virginia the first city I called “home” aside from my hometown! A charming historic town located in the heart of the hustling bustling Hampton Roads community. The City of Norfolk is HUGE and divided up into different neighborhoods all featuring their own unique aspect from Downtown to the Bayside to the Historic Ghent, there is a little something for everyone; which is great because it is a military town!!
Norfolk is home to the largest Naval Base in the United States which brings a wave of all types of cultures. Military is what took me to Norfolk to begin with because my husband was stationed there when we first met. I was able to do lots of exploring between visiting and moving there myself. Giving me the perfect opportunity to provide you with the Ultimate Norfolk Travel Guide.
