Gatlinburg, Tennessee… what a fun little town! From the busy downtown strip to exploring Smoky Mountain National Park, there is so much to enjoy. Family vacations, bachelorette trips, destination weddings, the options are endless for this little mountain town.

Where to Stay

Downtown Hotel

There are so many hotels you can stay in downtown. They are close to all the attractions and a quick drive to top hikes in the Smoky’s.

We stayed at the Crossroads Inn & Suites the first night we were in town before we checked into our Airbnb. It was close enough to walk to everything downtown but just far enough away from the busy strip. They had a great continental breakfast and the staff was super friendly.

There are about a million Airbnb/Vrbo rentals available in the area! We stayed in an Airbnb that looked directly at Smoky Mountain National Park. You can view ours here.

Camping

My lanta! There are so many campgrounds on the way into Gatlinburg.. You could probably throw a dart at a map and find one!

Where to Eat

There are probably 100 pancake houses throughout downtown! I would highly recommend trying one. These are the restaurants we tried while in town and all had great food.
