November and December are magical months but can also be exhausting from all the hustle and bustle of the holiday season! This year, I am ensuring that self-care is one of my top priorities. Since we are welcoming another baby in the new year, I am trying to spend the month of December preparing, which includes slowing down, practicing gratitude, and leaving stress at the door.
