25 Days of Christmas Self-Care

November and December are magical months but can also be exhausting from all the hustle and bustle of the holiday season! This year, I am ensuring that self-care is one of my top priorities. Since we are welcoming another baby in the new year, I am trying to spend the month of December preparing, which includes slowing down, practicing gratitude, and leaving stress at the door. That is why I came up with the 25 days of Christmas Self-Care, which is to take some time every day leading up to Christmas to focus on staying grounded.

How the Challenge Works

Whether you’re welcoming another baby or just need to slow down this season, I encourage you to take the 25 Days of Christmas Self-Care with me!
